What a fun time. There's something for all ages. Night swimming is the best, especially here, where it's still 100 degrees at 10 pm. The only reason I gave this a low score was there was a spot where people would slip. My husband fell & hurt his knee. The staff came asked if he was ok, he was but still I was a little concerned. I don't know how many people fell before it was addressed, and even then, it was scary not to fall. Other than that, it was awesome, and there was an abundance of staff everywhere. Fun environment definitely a yrly go to for me from here on out!
My wife and I went there with two grand kids for about 5 hours. They charge $12/adult and $10 per child ($44 total). Although it did not "break the bank", I can imagine there are many families who cannot afford this. When you arrive they thoroughly search bags and purses-- ensuring nobody brings in food or drink (including water bottles). They had a stash of confiscated water bottles and drinks next to the guy searching our bag. This, of course means people will be spending another $20-40 on drink and food/snacks. Again, that really penalizes lower income families-- especially larger families. The facility itself is very nice-- with tables with large umbrellas and beach chaises. I was surprised to find out that their large private lounging areas rent for $110 for the day!! In conclusion, this is a very nice water park-- in very good condition. There is an area for toddlers, younger kids, a small "flowing river", and a large general purpose pool. We enjoyed our time there, but personally think it is too pricey for many El Pasoans. Maybe they could consider promotions to discount the entry price?
The park is clean, lots of safety guards on site and plenty of areas to sit in sun or shade. No outside food or drinks are permitted. You are allowed to bring an empty water bottle that you can refill. Food is pricey. Staff is courteous and helpful.
Better than we thought, friendly staff and nice Water Park to hang out. Read the Rules before coming đâźď¸ âŚ
Nice ĂĄrea not a lot of people and I like the protect kids red bracket need to wear live best at all time with parent
We bought the season pass that allows use of all 4 El Paso water parks. We hadn't been to this one before and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the deep pool, the layout and the amount of available public seating. I would recommend this park to anyone who likes swimming or has children who want to beat the heat in the summer. It's well worth buying the season pass, and also getting at least one membership that has the discount for the cooler pass. The food here is expensive, and the amounts are small for the price, so it is better to bring your own. If you don't get the discount, the cooler pass is $20 per visit.
Bad bad bad experience.
1. The girl in the front where you buy tickets was ASLEEP!!!! I was knocking on the window and it took her 5 minutes to get up. I was so close on taking a picture of her to report her but i did not want to be that person. Maybe she had a rough night or something.
2. They did not let me in with a small bag of chips because we canât bring outside food. But did let a family go in with Whataburger.
3. We arrived before they open so I can switch to a bigger cabana for my daughterâs birthday party. Plus a payed $180 for the party package. The supervisor or whatever she was send a family to our table since she said itâs a public table and anyone can sit if they want. They did not respect the fact that my family was there and that I payed and arrived extra early to switch to that Cabana.
4. No one is in the same page! They all tell you different things! I bought a package that includes food with drinks. Half of my family had to pay for their drinks and chips for a COMBO because supposedly the party package does not includes that when the other half of my family did get it. So I was confused and upset.
5. This place is run by a bunch of kids that have ZERO!!!! Costumer service and just donât care.
Another of the recreational aquatic places for the family, I like it because it has different games.
